Hello hello!

I'd finally joined the game, and I'm excited to be here. You can call me Mors or Asriel, either way is fine; my pronouns are he/him, and I'd be bringing one more animal person to join the merry party here at Aldric's Grove — this cat, specifically, Phantom from that game with the magical rock cancer and plenty of angst Arknights.

He's...uh, I don't know how else to describe him in a nutshell other than what the title says; he's a gloomy, reclusive, one (1) depressed cat, and he used to be a stage actor and singer, although he became an independent assassin after that, before he finally became an operator of Rhodes Island, the pharma company with a standing mercenary army...thingy. Expect a lot of dramatic monologues (mostly inwardly, although boy, he can really get going with the right topics) and some built-in spookiness since he was inspired from the Phantom of the Opera and Edgar Allen Poe's works.

Phantom (his real name is Lucian) comes with a lot of warnings, too (as with any Arknights characters, although there are some that was specific to him), so please make sure that you read my permissions post before interacting (if you haven't met him in the January TDM). I have added a section in the comments that was aimed specifically for Sticks, so please do make sure to check on that. While I'm still working on his actual profile (the current one is temporary and non-coded still), please feel free to check it out in my journal's nav page. The link to Phantom's inbox is there, too.

Speaking of canon points and arrivals, I'll be taking him from during So Long, Adele event, post-IS2, so he'll be a little less reclusive and unwilling to cooperate with others as when he'd first introduced in the game, and the whole stuff with the Crimson Troupe (Phantom's old theatre troupe) has been resolved (sort of). He'd made Rhodes Island his home, although he, unfortunately, arrived in the Grove without his black cat and trusted companion, Miss Christine.

As for his arrival in the Grove, since he's in the January TDM, technically, he's already been in the game since last month. But he's been staying under the radar and in your attic secretly, which is just...what he Does in canon, really. I'll get a log/network post up soon in the ic comm, and post a toplevel in the February plotting post (ooc), so please feel free to hit me up there! (EDIT: February plotting is up now. )

Any questions regarding Phantom, or if you'd simply like to chat, feel free to hit me through PM. I am also open to plot discussion through Discord (since I still don't have a Plurk), although I am not comfortable disclosing it without a specific request and purpose, so please let me know through PM first if you'd like to discuss/chat through there.

As an OC writer myself (on another platform), I'd absolutely love to write with Felicity at some point, and I love Kreide (internal screaming remembering Lingering Echoes). Just please be careful that Phantom didn't mistake the former as Miss Christine, although he might actually try to adopt Felicity if she does have a black cat form...

In any case, I'm really excited to write with you, too! And thank you for that — Phantom is my favourite character, so I simply hope that I could do him justice. Anyway, thank you so much! As a matter of fact she does have a black cat transformation spell, so I would be super down to play around with those sorts of shenanigans! Felicity is a bit standoffish currently on account of the fact that she's had several very bad months in a row, but she's actually very sweet.

We have a lot of opportunity for players so I hope you can enjoy what we have to offer. And we're always down to clown with any ideas you bring forward as well. :)

Aww, I'm sorry to hear that she's been having several bad months in a row (something I can actually kind of relate to). But I promise Phantom would spoil her in cat form! In fact, he...would probably worship her like a goddess, because that's just how he treated Miss Christine, and he'd absolutely been missing her so badly. They'd been separated for like, three weeks now. Worst case scenario if he mistook her for his cat because his mind plays tricks on him, but the chance of that happening are pretty slim. Miss Christine is, after all, irreplaceable. Sorry, Felicity.

Since you don't have a plurk (which is absolutely fine btw) the game calendar should be reflective of when events go up. That's on the OOC comm in case you missed it, which I doubt you did but yk! Sometimes we might post an event a day early on a non-TDM month, aka I am a slave to my playerbase and if they yell loudly enough at me it goes up early.

Amity already said it but if you ever need anything at all you can reach out to either or both of us. We are here to help/answer questions/exist in your general vicinity.

That's an amazing list of characters tbh. I think I've already told you that I love Gnosis but Nai? Nai is my baby, I will hold him in my hands gently. even if he will stab me to death I love Passenger too (coughs) and I'm sure Elsword is just as awesome. Would definitely love to bother them + Zahliya and Moder at some point! The last one is very likely, since Phantom is suicidal- I mean, he's VERY interested about the forest and the creatures in it, so if he met her at some point he'll probs flag her down and try to talk to her

I can't help but laugh a little at that last bit but thank you very much for the info! I'd definitely checked out the calendar, but it's always good to have a reminder. Also glad that I wouldn't miss anything when it comes to not having a Plurk because I can't keep up with too much social platforms— god, I spoke like an old man. But truthfully I'm just an introvert

In any case, it's good to know that I won't miss anything. I remembered now that I hadn't had the chance to join the discord either, but I will try later tonight (my time).

Two flavours are always nice, especially those (I can relate). Also, Wolfwood? Amazing. He's one of my bestfriends' fave and although I am more of a Nai guy myself, I am still fond of him and Vash (holds him gently in my hands, even if he doesn't actually deserve it). Chuuni dragon is amazing too (which should go without saying, really), and I'm also really excited to play with him more! I also loved our thread and I love your Sesa.
