hello ladies and germs, it's your boy, weasel, finally making a formal introduction! i have no self control when it comes to putting my scrunkly in Situations™ so congrats, you get to mash your internet barbies with mine!

livio is taken from the trigun manga, which has a slightly different timeline and characterization from stampede thus far. the cliffnotes are basically that he has spent his life thus far doing Very Bad things in service to Very Bad people and has chosen to dedicate himself to trying to be Good and Nice instead. he will overcompensate in this to extreme degrees, so get ready for him to be naive and get taken advantage of --

if anyone is familiar in any capacity, for sticks i took him from an earlier canon point than usual. so until canon update/memory regain/whatnot... he is a pre-cow boy. what the hell does that mean? don't worry about it!
