no he is a little guy. he's like 5'2". he was like 4'6" in canon but i gave him some inches as a treat when he got older.
GOOD BECAUSE I AM ALSO CONSTANTLY WANTING TO TOSS DIPPER AT MIZUKI. Mizuki is his jellyfish mystery buddy...
